StreetScape Needs
Our greatest two needs are clear: resources and relationships. We struggle financially, often running behind or even broke, and we lack the manpower to match the mission. What we need most are men willing to do the work, disciple their brothers, and show up & give faithfully so we can keep the doors open and the mission alive
Consider helping us meet these needs.
Men's Clothing
We freely provide women’s and children’s clothing in abundance, but when it comes to men’s clothing, our shelves are nearly bare. The greatest needs are season-appropriate items—hats, shoes, socks, and underwear. Imagine if every man in our local churches gave just one outfit each month. Together, we could clothe every brother who comes through our doors with dignity and care.
Yard Maintenance Equipment
Our mission has only a small, low-power weed wacker—and it struggles to keep up with the yard. But we see a bigger opportunity: with heavier-duty equipment and a few extra tools, we could not only maintain our space but also lend them to our guests. This would give them the chance to start micro-businesses—like lawn care or handyman services—and begin building sustainable, legitimate income streams.
Handyman Services
There’s always work to be done around the mission, and too often we patch things together for weeks or months at a time. Imagine the impact if men—or men’s groups—committed to stopping by just once a month to take on projects. With donated tools and materials, not only could we maintain and improve our facilities, but we could also invite our guests to put their skills to work, restoring both dignity and community through shared labor.
Camping Supplies
Many of our guests are homeless, living on the streets, beaches, in wooded camps, or in their cars. Their most common requests are simple: tents, tarps, hammocks, and other basic camping supplies. Sadly, we rarely have enough to meet these needs. A small gift toward these items can provide shelter, dignity, and hope for someone who would otherwise be exposed to the elements.
Rides & Carpools
More than half of our guests face simple needs they cannot meet on their own. Sometimes it’s an ID card, a birth certificate, or a Social Security card. But small barriers—a $15–$50 fee or no ride to the DMV—become roadblocks to their future. With just a little help, these obstacles can be removed, and lives can begin to move forward..
Discipleship & Support
Our vision is for teams of two or more to rise up and walk alongside a brother or sister in need. Every two weeks or monthly, these small teams would meet with an individual—offering support on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. Through this consistent care, basic needs are met and hope grows as each person is guided toward their next step forward.
